This recently renovated, intimate, 600 square foot studio in downtown Champaign with an elegant bathroom sits within the quiet beauty of a garden and contains hard wood floors, soaring ceilings, a live edge mirror, gentle colors and spa-like services such as hot tea, oil dipped eye pillows, soundscapes, dimmable lighting and candles. A full array of yoga equipment allows you to enter unencumbered.
Live Edge Studio offers private and semi-private lessons, courses and workshops in dance, yoga and other somatic practices such as Alexander Technique or Authentic Movement and energy healing. It is available for rental by licensed practitioners in yoga, massage, Pilates, Alexander Technique, etc.

These small classes of 8 -10 practitioners will be offered as a 4, 6 or 8 week-course. These classes will be designed for brand new beginners who want to learn the basics or for experienced practitioners who want to dive deeply yoga practice and philosophy.

FLOW YOGA WITH JAN ERKERT
I integrate concepts from Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga as well as dance and somatic practices to create open spaces for transformative experiences. My yoga classes are rigorously constructed, emphasizing efficient alignment, movement flow, joy, and a deep investigation of the interconnections between the body and spirituality. Classes offer a springboard for in-depth internal explorations of concepts such as gravity and lightness, stability and ease, weight and flow, or love and limitations.
