Embodied Leadership Coaching:  Embodied Leadership means deep listening in order to serve. Coaching plunges even further… every cell of the body is recruited to ask probing questions…questions formed to elicit surprises, detours and redirection…redirection that grounds all actions in the values and beliefs that lie within.  At the University of Illinois, I serve as a Leadership Coach for Executive Officers of Departments and Schools and I am the Coach for and Director of Building Pathways for Emerging Leaders program, assisting new leaders in honing leadership skills and discovering their own unique leadership path. Nationally, I serve as a coach for leaders of academic arts programs and artistic directors of dance companies. 

Dance Program Consultation:  I am the outside eye you need to gather your community and explore your programs. Consultations for dance programs are designed to meet the unique needs of each institution. Whether exploring visioning, curricular and structural revisions, or preparing for external reviews or accreditation, I utilize my knowledge as a national leader to assist you and your organization in aligning your vision with shared goals and values. 

I have been the President of the Council of Dance Administrators (CODA), served on the Commission of Accreditation for the National Association for Schools of Dance, and have been an external reviewer for over 30 dance programs, overseeing accreditation as well as   facilitating curricular or programmatic re-structuring.
